MAC: Spring Colour Forecast

As spotted on the runways from the Spring Summer 2010 shows, here are the hottest colours of this season! Work these colours into your everyday routine or add a rebellious edge to your look... try a deep plum on your lips for attitude you can't miss or dab some eyeshadow on the corners of your eyes for a soft focus. This collection's MUST HAVES - the Stacked! pigments and the super smooth Blush Ombre (pick depending on your skin tone). I've got my eye on the top pictured above, there's something about the cut and the colours that scream out something fierce. There's disco shorts for the booty lovers, 7/8 leggings (LOVE!) to wrap around your legs, and some great light jackets to throw over your outfit. 

Nivea Visage Young

Growing up as a teenager, I used to fight battles with my skin. I can't believe how many brands and formulas I tried out - foams, gels, cleansing oils, creams... I've been there and done that! If you're still looking for the ideal formula, Nivea may hold answers for you. Their product line aimed at teenagers to fight off impurities and shine is available at local supermarkets and pharmacies, so jump over and peep the range including a cleansing gel, mild exfoliating scrub, and even tinted moisturiser. Solutions for under $10... sounds perfect to me.

Black Milk - Printed Leggings

Warning - post is photo heavy! James Lillis releases his printed leggings collection, peep it! Feeling a little hit and miss with some of the prints, but overall definitely worth checking out. Highly recommended - Blood Bath, The Anatomist (both colours), Abstract Sky. Avoid - The Phoenix. Sorry... it's just a little too Ed Hardy for me. US$80, grab them here.

Chanel Transfer Tattoos

This is one thing you can't miss out on for your collection - Chanel transfer tattoos, as seen from their Spring/Summer 2010 collection. The chains look great wrapped around the arms or legs, I'm looking forward to seeing some much more creative takes on this though! I had a snoop around, and found out that they're priced at just £49 for 55 transfers. Glad to see that Chanel is running something more affordable and to a different market. I'm loving all the looks - it's hard to describe other than saying that they're in true FAFI style! Two styles of kicks (in white) and the socks are to die for! One last Supreme collection before the year ends! I've been a hoarder all my life. From collecting marbles from a young age, to clothes (haha!), to sneakers... one can never have enough of anything. I even went through an Evian stage. Not really the plastic bottle type, but the large glass bottles they release annually to celebrate the new year. Paul Smith has created the 2010 bottle with his signature touch - multicoloured stripes, to "complement the brand's vision of the Live Young campaign, by infusing health, youth and excitement into the design." The summer weather has got me feeling all warm indeed - check out MAC's next collection Warm & Cozy, also set for release on the 11th of January, 2010. Watch out for spicy colours on lips and eyes, glowing mineralize-finished skin, and lip conditioners to pucker up nicely.
