Summer Shoot 2011: Illyquore

Call me an alcoholic if you like, but there's nothing quite like a chilled glass of Espresso Martini to kick start a lazy day. Ashlee and I created this Espresso Martini with Illyquore - Illy's collaboration with Gruppo Campari, which satisfyingly tastes wholly of pure Illy Arabica (coffee) and has no added aromas or colouring.

To recreate our Espresso Martini, all you need is:

30ml espresso coffee (we used Illy)
30ml Illyquore
30ml SKYY Vodka

And shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
