With a scary name like epilator, that's more than a great reason to be petrified of a product. I certainly was - for years!
Braun, on the other hand, has created a friendlier monster to take care of your hair removal needs. The Silk Epil 7 Dual Epilator is the world's first epilator with two hair removal products in one - there's the epilator on the bottom which removes hairs from the root, and there's a Gillette Venus blade on the top that captures any hairs that the epilator may have missed out on. Silky.
Braun's Silk Epil 7 Dual Epilator is easy to use, simply rotate the wheel towards the right to get it going. There's also two speed settings: I & II. The difference between the speed settings isn't ginormous, and seeing that I hadn't touched an epilator for a good couple of years, I was able to switch to the II speed setting within the first minutes of using Braun's version.
You'll notice that when you rotate the wheel, a light will switch on to aid the shaving process. This way, you'll never miss a hairy patch again!
The two main factors that I was mostly concerned about prior to using Braun's Silk Epil 7 Dual Epilator was the pain, and whether it was able to remove hair better than a normal razor.
Admittedly, I was absolutely petrified of using an epilator again, but I've found myself reaching for it so much more than my razor. Not only is it relatively pain-free (all I feel is a sensation similar to pins and needles), but you're able to use it in water as well, such as the shower, so smooth and hair-free legs are on my agenda every day of the week.
No excuses!
The only times I switched to using a razor again was when I needed to charge my epilator, and when I needed to shave other spots on my body that were more sensitive.
Are you willing to give Braun's Silk Epil 7 Dual Epilator a go?
