MAC: Metal-X Cream Shadow

Today's burst of happiness was all due to the fact that I had one of MAC Cosmetics' new (repromoted) Metal-X cream eyeshadows to play with, from the collection Metal MAC. The colour that I had with me was Rusty, which is described as "dirty peach gold". It's almost the colour bronze, but with pinker undertones which work fabulously on warm skin tones. I couldn't help myself - upon opening its large lid, I just had to sweep my finger across the ridges to pick up some of the colour. I couldn't believe my eyes when I stepped outside and saw just how much shimmer was packed into this product! Knowing me however, I still wouldn't hesitate to add even more glitter (die-hard glitter fan here). And thanks to its creamy consistency, I don't even need to worry about any fall-out.
